As the Assistant Dean for Student Diversity and Engagement, I invite you to explore all that we have to offer at Washington University School of Medicine. Many resources at the School and throughout the St. Louis community are available to our students and faculty to assist them in achieving success and maximizing their experiences.
As a division of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, ODP provides a supportive community for medical students through networking opportunities and social gatherings with residents, fellows and faculty. In conjunction with various student activities and organizations, we oversee several programs, workshops and lecture series focusing on issues such as promoting health equity, addressing healthcare disparities and improving public health.
